To protect our staff and ensure the continued smooth operation of the business during the current pandemic:

  • Orders can only be placed On-line
  • Collections will NOT be available from our premises

Our standard Parcel Courier service aims to have goods delivered on the Next Working Day and this service is generally performing well although it may come under pressure in the run-up to Christmas. Most delivery companies have altered their handover procedures and a signature is no longer required. Typically, the driver will record the name of the recipient and may take a photograph of the delivery location. 

Your custom is much appreciated and we will strive to fulfil your requirements in the most efficient and timely manner possible.

Please read the following carefully as our postal offering will NOT be suitable for urgently required items:

  • We process items for posting on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only.
  • We deliver the items to the local Post Office not later than 1 pm on these days.
  • We present the items in bulk and Post Office staff process them later.
  • We collect Proof of Posting receipts on our subsequent visit.

So for example, an item ordered Monday morning should be in the postal system on Monday. However, an item ordered on Monday afternoon will not enter the postal system until Wednesday. The same will apply on the other posting days. If you need goods quickly, please use the Parcel Courier option.
