Subject to product type and order size, orders placed by 12 noon on Thursday 29th April may be shipped that day.
Orders placed after noon on Thursday 29th will not despatch until Tuesday 4th May

We have altered our working practices to reflect the lockdown conditions announced on the 4th January, with minimum staff at our business premises and other persons working remotely.
We are currently able to offer the full range of products with despatches by parcel courier (usually DHL) on all weekdays.
To limit unnecessary contacts (at the local Post Office) we have temporarily withdrawn Postal delivery options but are investigating how these can be re-instated with a reduced level of human interaction.
As previously, to protect our staff and ensure the continued smooth operation of the business during the Covid pandemic:
- Orders can only be placed On-line
- Collections will be available from outside of our premises
- Visitors are NOT permitted within our premises
Due to staff rotation, we may sometimes have only one person available to answer the phone:

Our standard Parcel Courier service aims to have goods delivered on the Next Working Day and this service is generally performing well. Most delivery companies have altered their handover procedures and a signature is no longer required. Typically, the driver will record the name of the recipient and may take a photograph of the delivery location.
